About Kristin
Kristin Marie Bennion is a licensed mental health therapist and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist who works with individuals and couples seeking greater clarity, connection, and integrity in their emotional, relational, and sexual lives. Her clinical style is warm, direct, and collaborative, offering clients a grounded space to explore complex experiences without pressure to perform, fix, or arrive at quick answers.
Kristin works with clients navigating concerns related to sexuality, intimacy, desire discrepancy, relationship distress, religious or cultural conditioning, faith transitions, betrayal trauma, and major life transitions. Sessions are paced intentionally and shaped around each client’s goals, values, and lived experience, with an emphasis on curiosity, agency, and self-trust.

How Kristin Works

Kristin approaches therapy as a process of understanding rather than correction. Her work centers on helping clients make sense of their internal experiences, relational patterns, and embodied responses while building the skills needed to communicate more honestly and live with greater alignment over time.
Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with sex therapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness-based practices, and values-informed exploration. Therapy is always tailored to the individual or relationship, with care taken to respect autonomy, cultural context, and the complexity of human desire and attachment.
